Delivery
At David Phillips Design Classics, we’re committed to delivering great design as quickly and efficiently as possible. With almost 40,000 square feet of warehousing, we’re able to hold much of our inventory in stock, ready to ship next day.
Within Greater London, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester we’re able to deliver unlimited items next working day, where stocks allow. Outside of the above areas and Europe, we will use the fastest, most economical delivery process possible, based on the size and weight of your order.
The Service
Our dedicated delivery professionals will bring your order to your property, expertly assemble and arrange to your instruction, and remove all packaging, treating your property with care and respect. Delivery is by appointment, Monday – Saturday, and our customer service team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery window.
Our deliveries are made in David Phillips branded vehicles by our own dedicated team of drivers and installation crews, and all other orders are delivered by courier Monday through Friday.

NOTE: In-stock orders ship from our warehouse in London and typically arrive anywhere in the UK mainland or Europe within 5-10 business days. Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday (excluding bank holidays) during regular business hours. We are happy to provide you with delivery quotations for orders shipping to international addresses on a price-quote basis; please call our Sales Department on 0845 371 1288 for details or to discuss special delivery options.
Tips to ensure a smooth delivery
Before ordering, measure the space where you will place the furniture to make sure it will fit with ease. Also consider whether it can be delivered through any entryway, stairwell, elevator or other tight space between the curb and the item's final placement. Measure these access points prior to ordering to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery.
Customer Satisfaction
At David Phillips Design Classics, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly resolve it for you.
Returns and Refunds
If you would like to return any items or your purchase is unsuitable, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, providing that the goods are in a fully saleable condition and still in their original packaging/not assembled. If the goods are not in fully resaleable condition when returned to us, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct an uplift fee from the refund amount. Keep in mind, returns on shipped orders incur return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that you are only entitled to return goods within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Custom and special order items are not returnable.
